Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment must be made before an order is processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery times depend on the courier and your location.
• While we work with trusted courier partners, Barakah Boutique is not responsible for courier delays caused by factors beyond our control such as weather, public holidays, or operational issues.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

3. 

Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in good condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Certain items (e.g., personalised, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive products) are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed within 4 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Barakah Boutique is not liable for delays, losses, or damages once the parcel has been handed to the courier, except where required by South African consumer law.
