Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
- Return Period – Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Original Packaging – All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Condition of Item – Items must be in good condition, unused, and free from any damage or signs of wear.
- Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items – Certain products such as sale/clearance items, personalised items, and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened cosmetics) cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refund Processing – Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 4 business days via your original payment method.
- Exchanges – Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same return conditions as above.
